Casa dei miei Amici is a charming farmhouse that was completely renovated and restored as a villa between 2006 and 2010. The house is divided into two levels and offers a breathtaking mountain and country view at a 270° angle.
The rustic characteristics, which are typical of the Marche, have been retained. The house gains a modern impression through the planting and the structure of the outdoor areas. You reach the house or the Kieselrondeel and the lavender garden through a private driveway with a magnificent entrance gate.
The outdoor area is surrounded by a mixture of fruit trees, cypress and olive trees and a magnificent lavender garden.
The first floor has an entrance area adjacent to the 50 square meter kitchen and the 65 square meter living / dining room, as well as the stone staircase that leads to the second floor. At the beginning of the staircase, through an access, you reach the studio, which has its own access and a shower room. The living/dining room is the largest room of the house, equipped with fireplace (large wood-burning stove), large windows with incredible views of the surrounding hills, wooden ceiling beams and comfortable sofas to relax. This gives it a unique impression and is what makes this house special, rich in taste and size. The first floor has ceramic floors with underfloor heating, which are separate from each other and can be activated separately.
The second floor, also with wooden ceiling beams, has four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has its own bathroom with toilet. One of the guest rooms has a large balcony. All heating systems (underfloor heating) are separate and can be activated separately.
The 15 meter long and 5 meter wide infinity pool with heated water as well as breathtaking views of Monte Vicino, the surrounding area as well as the sauna with views of the greenery invite you to relax. The house is located in the countryside, 10 minutes from the picturesque villages of Cupramontana and Apiro, 35 minutes from Ancona airport and 1 hour from the beaches of Sirolo and Senigallia respectively.
