How is the arrival and departure time organized at Casa Amici?
Unless you have agreed otherwise with us, the cottage can not be occupied before 16.00 on the respective day of arrival. A later arrival is only possible by prior arrangement! Please inform either us or the key provider in advance by e-mail or telephone about your exact arrival time.
In case of unexpected delays on the way (traffic jam / breakdown) please inform the key provider by phone, so that a smooth check-in at Casa Amici is guaranteed later.
If you arrive by plane or ferry, please inform us in time about your flight and ferry times (preferably with flight number or ferry number).
Please understand that an early move in Casa Amici before 16:00 is often not possible. A well cleaned vacation home is certainly also in your sense.
Departure should take place by 11.00 am.
Although the final cleaning is explicitly included in the price or booked for a fee, you must leave the rented accommodation broom clean. If you have used the barbecue during your stay, you must leave it clean and free of grease before your departure. If this is not the case, we are forced to charge an extra €50,- for cleaning the grill.
Dishes must be washed or dishwasher emptied and household waste disposed of.
Therefore, please plan enough time for the broom-clean final cleaning, so that the vacation guests who come after you to Casa Amici can also enjoy a clean accommodation upon arrival.
If we have to cancel your booking due to force majeure (such as flood, fire, explosion, accident, earthquake, force of nature) or other unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you immediately.
If we cancel your booking, we will refund the travel price that you have already paid to us in part or in full. Liability is excluded for consequential damages. In particular, we are not obliged to reimburse your expenses paid to third parties in connection with your vacation (including, without limitation, fees for travel, entertainment, activities or insurance). Liability for intent and gross negligence remains unaffected.
Bed linen and towels are provided by us. However, this is only the initial equipment. Change request during your stay are usually payable on site. Per bed or new bed linen for the bed we charge €25,-. For the new towels (1xwash, 1xshower, 1xpool towel) per person will be 40,-€.
Water and electricity costs are included in the price.
Since May 2020 we are proud to produce at Casa dei miei Amici our own green energy with solar and photovoltaic panels. We are very pleased to have achieved this important goal of ours, so that we can also offer to our guests environmentally friendly energy. Besides the photovoltaic system, from now on all our bedrooms on the second floor are air-conditioned. This is of course another improvement for the quality we want to offer to our guests. For this reason we ask you to use all electrical appliances such as laundry, dishwasher, etc. as long as it is possible during the day.
